are rewarded by the remarkable discoveries that unfold. On a super positive note, being in victim state also gives us a clue to where our ego lies and what truth we are avoiding in our heart!. This can be an amazing reality as to what our true feelings are showing us. Therein lies solutions – if you ready to see all will be revealed! Our ego often presents itself as a huge big reaction, often a negative one. The art of self awareness and self love is being able to recognise this “sign” for what it is, just a sign to honour REAL honest truth of the moment, and not let the ego cloud the heartfelt emotion! Your emotions are who you are, denying them is really silly as this means deny who you are and this has how much self love attached to it? humpf! Awareness is acknowledging the truth to self, then effectively managing the emotions to ensure harmony within! |
